Patient Notice for Prescription

It Is Surgery Policy That Patients Can No Longer Allow Pharmacies To Order On Their Behalf.

We Have A Dedicated Prescription Order Line That Operates From 09:30 – 11:30 AM And 02:30 – 04:30 PM Monday To Friday, Patients Can Also Register For Online Access Which Will Enable Them To Order Prescriptions Using This Method.

Please Note That We Require 48 Hours To Process All Repeat Prescriptions.

Patient Access Online Services

Online services are now available to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view aspects of your medical records. To register for this service you will need to provide two forms of ID one photographic e.g passport or driving licence and one proof of address e.g bank statement or utility bill.

Please note this service is only available to patients over the age of 16 years.
