CQC Inspection Update
Following a recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the practice has been placed into special measures. We understand that this may be concerning for patients and would like to reassure you that the practice remains open and services continue to operate as normal.
The practice team is working closely with system partners to implement a robust improvement plan addressing the areas identified within the inspection. Actions are already underway to strengthen our processes, support staff and enhance the quality and safety of the care we provide.
Our priority is, and always will be, to deliver safe, effective and compassionate care to our patients. We are fully committed to making the required improvements and will provide updates on our progress where appropriate.
If you have any concerns or feedback, please contact the practice in the usual way. Thank you for your continued patience, support and understanding.
